Is SignMe and electronic signatures legally binding in Australia?
Yes. Digital and Electronic signatures have been recognised by law in Australia since 1999, with the passage of the Electronic Transactions Act. Parties can legally use any form of digital/ electronic signature to create valid real estate documents such as lease agreements, purchase and sales contracts.
