Yes. Digital and Electronic signatures have been recognised by law in Australia since 1999, with the passage of the Electronic Transactions Act. Parties can legally use any form of digital/ electronic signature to create valid real estate documents such as lease agreements, purchase and sales contracts.

It’s easy. Recipients click a link to open the document on their device, be it mobile phone, tablet or computer. Then, follow the tabs and simple instructions to fill out and sign the document. When the recipient clicks finish, the signed document is saved and you are notified of its completion.
