NSW
Ausgrid
The office will be closed from Thursday, 23rd December and will re-open on Monday, 10th January 2022
Local Land Services – Livestock Certificates
Closed from 12.00pm Friday, 24th December 2021 and re-opens at 8.30am Monday, 10th January 2022
Armidale Council
Closed from Monday, 20 December 2021 and re-opens Tuesday, 4 January 2022. Customer requests, including requests for property certificates, and new ePathway Registrations will not be actioned during this time
Department of Regional NSW
Application for Conveyancing searches will be taking a Christmas break from the 23rd of December 2021 to the 7th of January 2022
Central Coast Council
Council will be upgrading its property and rating systems for customers across the Coast including the online rate and water payment portal, property and water certificate requests and some planning and development tools from 5pm Tuesday, 7th December to 9.00am Monday, 20th December 2021.
If you need to use any of these services or make any type of request or application, please complete your order before close of business Tuesday, 7th December.
Lithgow City Council
Due to the Christmas Closure of Lithgow City Council (detailed below), please be advised the following in relation to property certificates:
- Planning Certificates 10.7 (2) & (5)
All applications must be submitted & paid for no later than 4.00pm Friday, 17th December for return by Tuesday, 21st December 2021. Any Planning Certificates submitted after this time will be returned at or around Monday, 10th January 2022. - 603 Certificates
All applications for return by Tuesday, 21st December must be submitted & paid for no later than 3.00pm Tuesday, 21st December. Certificates submitted after this time will be returned at or around Monday, 10th January 2022. - Drainage Diagram Certificates
All applications for return by Tuesday 21st December must be submitted & paid for no later than 3:00pm Tuesday 21st December. Certificates submitted after this time will be returned at or around Monday 10th January 2022. - Outstanding Notice Certificates

National Parks & Wildlife Service
Property Search Requests will not be processed between Friday, 24th December 2021 and Monday, 10th January 2022.
QLD
Office of State Revenue
The QLD Revenue Office will close at 5.00pm on Friday, 24 December 2021 and re-open at 8.30am on Tuesday, 4 January 2022
Body Corporate Alliance
Closed from 5.00pm Wednesday, 22nd December 2021 and re-opens at 9.00am Tuesday, 11th January 2022. During this time only URGENT searches will be attended to. Emails will be checked intermittently throughout the break and if deemed to be urgent our office will action in due course.
Ipswich City Council
Closed from 12.00pm Friday, 24 December 2021 and re-opens at 8.00am Tuesday, 4 January 2022
Any applications for Rates Only, Limited Planning & Development Property Search Certificates, Urgent Building and Plumbing Records Searches or Flood Level Requests required by Thursday, 23 December 2021 should be lodged by 11.00am on Friday, 17th December 2021

Brisbane City Council
The Searches and Certificates team will operate on reduced staff for business days from 29th December to 7th January. It is likely that processing of requests will run on the outer limits of the below timeframes.

Rockhampton Council (Water Meter Readings)
Closed from 24th of December and re-opens on the 5th January. Any water meter readings requested between these dates won’t be able to go ahead.
