- The proposed budget has now gone out for public consultation and will be adopted on the 30th June 2023. The only minor delay will be rates searches and the portion of rates from Standard Property Searches, as the new figures for NFY 23/24 will be in the system 10th July 2023, so 1 week delay. Please note same as before, any settlement from July 2023 should be held back until the figures are available. Just a reminder that any searches submitted now will only show the current rating period figures 1/1/2023 to 30/6/2023.
- Please note: If you have already submitted a search and the settlement date is in the next rating period, you will need to submit another application in July 2023 if you need the new rating period figures.
