Continued Growth for GlobalX Legal Solutions

GlobalX Legal Solutions continues its growth on the dawn of a new era in the Australian conveyancing market, with an Adelaide office opening next month.

The South Australian office will help satisfy growing local demand for GlobalX’s manual conveyancing services which already represents over 137,000 services nationally each year.

With more than 50percent growth of its legal support services business in 2014, GlobalX last year established itself as the largest national provider of manual conveyancing services to the practitioner market. This year, the Australian developer will lead the introduction of electronic conveyancing in Australia via PEXA – the online platform set to facilitate electronic property settlements.

“We’re glad to have the support of the local, South Australian market, including fantastic working relationships with the Australian Institute of Conveyancers South Australia (AICSA) and integration between GlobalX Search and the CATS solution used by 85percent of South Australia’s conveyancers,” said Chief Executive Officer, Peter Maloney.

“We’ll continue to work with industry bodies to ensure the market is ready for the advent of electronic conveyancing later this year through our on-boarding services, education sessions and, of course, our software and solutions,” he said.

Software and services from GlobalX are used by over 17,000 individuals across firms of all size to manage their practice, to perform information searches and to complete manual legal services.

The company’s Open Practice management solution, online Search and intelli-Link booking services will all integrate with the PEXA platform to provide Australia’s first hybrid manual-and-electronic conveyancing solution.

“By building solutions that allow individuals to adopt electronic conveyancing into their business as it becomes practical for them via our hybrid solution is critical to the longer-term success of electronic conveyancing in Australia,” said Maloney.

The South Australian office is set to be managed by Angie Nguyen, a well-respected member of the local industry, having established her own conveyancing business to support commercial and residential clients almost a decade ago.

Nguyen and her team join an existing network of 5 offices and over 250 staff nationally to provide local sales and support services for the entire range of products from GlobalX, an Australian privately owned organisation.

The Pirie Street office is set to launch with an event in June. GlobalX’s PEXA-enabled solutions are set for release upon the advent of electronic conveyancing in Australia later this year.
