New Integration delivers secure, mobile document management offering greater value for legal firms using Open Practice
GlobalX Legal Solutions and Worldox today announced a partnership that offers integration between two best-of-breed management systems used by law firms worldwide.
The collaboration offers users of Open Practice with award winning document management functionality integrated with their matter and accounting management features, including GlobalX’s new mobility solution for law firms, Open Practice Mobile (OPM).
The partnership with Matrix Solutions – Australia’s leading Worldox implementation partner – brings to market Worldox’s leading Document Management system, GX4, deeply integrated into Open Practice.
The GlobalX Law Technology Survey 2015 found “connectivity between internal systems” to be the biggest priority for mid and top tier firms; more than 65 per cent of firms with over 50 practitioners rated “integration” the biggest technology trend currently affecting their organisation.
GlobalX Legal Solutions’ Chief Executive Officer, Peter Maloney said the decision to partner with Worldox was an easy one.
“With over 25 years international industry experience and 6,000 customers in 52 countries, it’s undeniable that Worldox offers Open Practice firms the highest standard of document management functionality.”
“The integration with Open Practice provides users with next generation document management functionality, enabling users to effectively and easily manage, share and access all of their content from the one secure environment, anywhere at any time,” said Mr Maloney.
This partnership is all about making document management access simple and secure for Australia’s law firms and enabling legal professionals using the Open Practice to remain productive anywhere at any time.
“The partnership with GlobalX is exciting for the team at Worldox, and our mutual clients,” said Managing Director of Matrix Solutions, Anthony Ridley-Smith.
“Together with GlobalX, we will improve productivity and drive profitable outcomes for our clients,” he said.
“This is the first of many new integration solutions to be available to Open Practice users,” continued Mr Maloney.
“Before the end of the month, we will launch Open Practice Mobile, the latest mobility solution for law firms,” he said.
