The annual awards celebrate best-in-class firms, in-house teams and individuals who have had a positive impact within the industry over the past year.

GlobalX Chief Executive Officer Peter Maloney presented the award, which acknowledges the outstanding achievements of a large firm with between 101 and 500 Lawyers, to John Nerurker in front of a packed room of over 650 legal professionals.
John Nerurker, Mills Oakley CEO said that it was an honour to receive the award.
“We always strive for excellence and to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients,” Mr. Nerurker said.
“We are delighted that the hard work of our partners and staff has been recognised with such a sought-after accolade.”
Mr. Nerurker added that the firm was committed to keep raising the bar on client service.

Peter Maloney said the calibre of finalists was testament to the excellent work being done within the industry.

GlobalX also presented the Property, Infrastructure & Projects Deal of the Year Award on the night.
The accolade was given to Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Investa Property Group for its achievements and ongoing work with the project.
